mPBX Firewall & port configuration

If you are operating a strict firewall on your network and blocking all traffic. You will need to configure the following ports;

SIP registration: Login to your customer portal and select the mPBX tab. Once inside this locate the SIP devises tab in the bottom left corner. This will display all registrations details required to connect a device to our network. Allow the SIP registration address through your firewall inbound and outbound. If you are using a SIP trunking service click on the settings cog inside mPBX for the SIP trunk and the connection details will be displayed. Allow the SIP registration address through your firewall inbound and outbound.

SIP registration port: Login to your customer portal and select the mPBX tab. Once inside this locate the SIP devises tab in the bottom left corner. This will display all registrations details required to connect a device to our network. Allow the port displayed through your firewall inbound and outbound from the registration address only, restricting to the transport protocol UDP. If you are using a SIP trunking service click on the settings cog inside mPBX for the SIP trunk and the connection details will be displayed. Allow the port displayed through your firewall inbound and outbound from the registration address only, restricting to the transport protocol UDP.

Audio RTP traffic: Allow ports 10000-20000 UDP only inbound and outbound from the SIP registration address displayed in your mPBX portal. 

STUN: Allow port 3478 UDP only inbound and outbound from stun.voipcloud.online. Please note this is only required if you have STUN configured on your devices behind NAT.
