How to create new skype for business account

Skype for Business must be used together with our mPBX system.

mPBX will allow you to configure inbound call flow and to link phone numbers to your skype for business accounts.

 

1. Login to billing portal: https://customer.voipline.net.au

2. Select 'Order Services' TAB

3. Click SkypeforBusiness/Exchange button

4. Here you can either add your own domain or select one of the domains we offer. If you plan to use your own domain, IT IS IMPORTANT to add and activate this domain first, BEFORE creating new exchange accounts.

5. Once domain is created and verified, you can start creating new skype for business users.

6. Make sure that checkbox 'Skype for Business' is ticked. If you don't plan to use Exchange, untick this option.
